Skechers Shape Ups: The Stylish Way to Get Slim

Skechers Shape Ups fitness shoes are the stylish new way to get in shape through normal daily activities. Sure, you can wear these to the gym too, but with Shape Up's unique sculpted rubber rocker bottom, you can tone your muscles just by simply walking in them. It's the rocker bottom that makes Shape Ups so effective at toning legs. These shoes increase your muscle activity level which in turn boosts metabolism. Shape Ups also help relieve pressure on tendons and joints because they promote a heel to toe rolling gait when you walk. Sketchers Shape Ups come in a variety of sneaker-type styles that pair well with workout or casual clothes. One of the jazzier sneaker style Shape Ups available is the Fitness Junkie; a sporty silver, hot pink and white leather sneaker with breathable side panels.

Another of the fancier sneaker style Shape Ups is the Action Packed in navy and silver leather with breathable side panels. This model is also available in charcoal nubuck with black mesh and gray and pink nubuck with white mesh.

For those who want a Shape Up that looks most like a regular sneaker, the Skechers Kinetix Response in black and pink leather is the shoe for you. It has metallic synthetic overlays and contrast colored breathable mesh panels.

Women who favor plainer styles have good options with Shape Ups Strength or Metabolize. Strength comes in Navy or Black with Sketchers trademark Swish on the sides. Both are nubuck with metallic detailing. The Metabolize comes in solid black or white leather or navy nubuck with white detailing.

Mary Jane Styles

If sneakers just aren't your thing, Skechers has a solution with their mary jane style Shape Ups. Offering the same features and technology as their more traditional looking fitness shoes, models like the Sleek Fit and the Hydrate are a stylish alternative and are available in a variety of colors. The Sleek Fit comes in stone nubuck or black with breathable side panels. Hydrate comes in gunmetal gray leather and suede and has metallic synthetic overlays and edging details.  The straps on both the Sleek Fit and the Hydrate attach with an adjustable hook and loop.

Sandals

For warm weather casual wear Skechers makes a few different kinds of sandal style Shape Ups. The Omega sandal offers more foot coverage with a fisherman style that buckles around the ankles. The Omega comes in red brick or olive green leather.

Similarly styled is the Shape Ups Strolling sandal. This is also a fisherman style but comes in black or brown "Crazy Horse" leather.

For a more feminine style the Electrified or Dash models offer a strappy sweet take on the popular Teva sandals. Both the Electrified and Dash are the same design wise but differ in colors. The Electrified comes in purple, taupe silver or bronze leather while the Dash sticks to more traditional colors like black or Gaucho brown crazy horse leather.

Women wanting a shoe / sandal hybrid have a Shape Ups option in the Trim Step. Call it a shoe with venting or a closed in sandal, the Trim Step is essentially a shoe with cutouts. It laces up the front but closes with a buckle strap at the top of the shoe. The Trim Step comes in black or chocolate brown leather.

Boots

Skechers now offers Shape Ups for fall and winter with their Elasticity boots. These cool suede and faux fur boots come up to your calves and are a cozy, comfortable and incredibly stylish way to tone your beach legs during the colder months. The Elasticity comes in chocolate brown or black.

No matter what your style is, Skechers has Shape Ups for every season of the year. From sneaker styles and mary janes to sandals and boots, there's a Shape Up that's right for you.
